Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is representing a Wisconsin-based manufacturer seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in our headquarters warehouses in Janesville. You will direct receiving, storage, and distribution of raw, work-in-process, and finished goods, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective output.

The ideal candidate has solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing and at least 2 years of leadership, with familiarity with SAP/WMS and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership.
• Familiarity with SAP/warehouse management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates at headquarters.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain weekly KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve quality issues before shipping.
• Oversee equipment maintenance for forklifts/cranes and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for WMS and shipping processes.
