This full-time role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and oversees the flow of materials from receipt through production support to final shipment. The position requires 100% in-office presence and emphasizes inventory accuracy, lean processes, and on‑time delivery to support production and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing lean warehouse and material replenishment systems (kanban).
• Proven hands-on leadership directing daily warehouse and material flow activities with team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control and accuracy over inventories (raw material, WIP, finished goods) including transactions and receiving activities.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure components and materials are delivered to support production.
• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, storage, and delivery to point of use.
• Establish and implement best practices related to inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Monitor material availability and support production scheduling; identify potential constraints.
• Collaborate to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
