Job summary

IEM is seeking a Materials Manager for our Jacksonville, FL location. This full-time, on-site role oversees warehouse operations and the flow of materials from receipt through production to shipment, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time delivery to support commitments.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead daily warehouse activities, improve inventory control systems, and coordinate with quality to monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control and accuracy over inventories (raw material, WIP, finished goods) and related transactions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager to ensure timely delivery to support production.
• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and delivery to use points.
• Develop and implement inventory control methods and best practices.
• Support production scheduling by monitoring material availability and progress.
