Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory systems or WMS.
  • Comfortable in environments without a mature ERP system.
  • Experience in prototyping or R&D operations.
  • Database/data management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and material movement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, locations, cycle counts, and traceability.
  • Develop inventory tracking systems using spreadsheets, barcode tools, WMS, or similar solutions.
  • Organize warehouse layout, storage, kitting, and staging for production.
  • Lead a small team of warehouse/material handling personnel.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
  • Develop SOPs, labeling, barcoding, and warehouse operating standards.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies, aging/obsolete materials, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support future ERP/WMS implementation through clean data and disciplined processes.
  • Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations using 5S and lean principles.

  • Experiencebuilding or improving warehouse processes.
  • Prior teamleadership experience.
  • Strongorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiencywith spreadsheets, inventory systems, barcode tools, or WMS.
  • Comfortableworking in environments without a mature ERP system.
  • Experiencein prototyping or R&D operations.
  • Database/datamanagement experience.
Preferred
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ yearsof relevant experience.
  • Experiencewith ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Experiencewith BOMs, engineering changes, ESD-sensitive components, or hazardousmaterials.
  • APICSCPIM/CSCP or similar certification.
  • Experiencelaunching warehouse operations or working in a greenfield facility.
