Pentair is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Delavan, WI team to manage materials flow, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement. The role will require SAP proficiency, leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and delivery metrics.

The 2nd shift runs 2:00pm – 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, with potential increases after training and skill attainment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Must have leadership experience or training ability.
• Lean manufacturing experience or continuous improvement mindset.
• Microsoft Excel skills and basic data tracking required.
• Demonstrated leadership and training experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Update and track materials and MDI metrics daily (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Cash, Culture).
• Coach team members on standard work and material workflow.
• Proficient in SAP functions relevant to materials lead role.
• Support production and material flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Set daily work schedules to meet production needs and drive improvements.
