Job summary

CRH Burdick Materials, a leading provider in asphalt and construction materials, seeks a skilled QC Technician to oversee sampling and testing of soils, aggregates, and asphalt. You will collect samples, run tests, and ensure accurate reporting of results, while following safety and environmental guidelines.

The role requires knowledge of DOT specs, operation of nuclear density gauges, and the ability to work with project teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• WAQTC certification is highly preferred.
• CAPA/LabCAT Level A & B certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect samples for testing.
• Operate and maintain nuclear density gauges for asphalt and soils.
• Follow state DOT specifications and testing protocols.
• Perform project tests and report results to supervisor.
• Document daily test results and prepare reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment.
