Job summary

Divergent is seeking a on-site Material Coordinator to coordinate material flow for development, supply chain, and warehouse operations. You will understand build plans, material requirements, and priorities, translating them into receiving, staging, delivery, and replenishment tasks.

You will ensure material traceability, manage delivery schedules, and drive improvements in replenishment methods for high-value components.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
• Experience working with engineering or production teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP/WMS systems and material-tracking processes.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the material-flow interface between Development, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations.
• Translate development needs into receiving, staging, delivery, and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain material traceability and visibility from receipt to delivery.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to establish delivery schedules and staging locations.
• Develop handling and storage practices for sensitive components.
