Job summary
CADREX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage movement of materials, components, and finished goods in a manufacturing setting. You will handle shipping documents, verify shipments, coordinate with carriers, and update ERP/WMS records to support on-time production and customer deliveries.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety and shipping procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shipping/receiving or related manufacturing operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving to ensure timely, accurate material flow.
- Prepare and review shipping docs, bills of lading, packing lists, and records.
- Verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips for accuracy.
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers to meet schedules.
- Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in systems.
