Job summary

Generac is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee internal material flow from receiving to line side presentation for production, including end-of-line pick/pack/ship. The role focuses on continuous improvement in material handling, cycle counting, and on-time delivery while optimizing labor use.

The position requires leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with SAP and ERP systems to drive efficiency and accuracy across supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and timely delivery in receiving material and preparation for shipment.
• Develop and implement standard processes and strategies to enable production efficiency improvements.
• Lead, supervise, and direct materials staff development and training to achieve KPIs.
• Manage daily warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage of materials.
• Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and established inventory guidelines.
