Job summary

Generac is seeking a Materials/Inventory Leader at the Belvidere, IL facility to drive material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. You will lead a team, partner with Quality, Purchasing and Production, and act as SAP SuperUser to enable improvements in delivery and production efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with several years in materials leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely material flow and delivery from other locations and preparation for shipment.
• Lead and develop materials staff through education, training, coaching and certification to meet KPIs.
• Manage daily warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage of materials.
• Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and established guidelines.
