Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks a Materials Supervisor to manage end-to-end material flow from receiving to line side presentation for production. You will lead the materials staff, implement efficiency improvements, and optimize warehouse operations to support production and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Purchasing and Production to resolve issues and meet KPIs. Prior SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility from receiving to line side production.
• Lead, supervise, and develop materials staff through education and coaching.
• Manage warehousing operations including staging, cycle counts, and storage.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and reporting with KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing and Production to resolve delivery issues.
