Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Material Handler in Winona, MN to receive and issue parts to manufacturing operations. You will identify materials, ensure stock accuracy, and support timely production material availability.

Responsibilities include pulling stock, processing requisitions, receiving/boxing parts, and conducting cycle counts. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of materials/warehouse experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well individually or on teams
• Requires discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Pull materials from stock and issue kits to Production Control
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations
• Receive and stock parts from Receiving/Inspection
• Track backorders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate balances via cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate forklift if required
• Support continuous improvement activities
