Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a Materials/Warehouse Associate to support production by pulling parts, stocking inventory, and processing material transactions in a fast-paced environment in Winona, MN.

Ideal candidates have 0-3+ years in materials/warehouse roles, strong organization, and solid communication skills. This position is safety-sensitive and may require occasional overtime and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of materials/warehouse experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when representing the company

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits for Production Control and distribute them to the manufacturing operation
• Fill and account for material requisitions from Operations
• Receive and place parts into stock from Receiving/Inspection
• Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts become available
• Ensure accurate balances and perform Cycle Counts
• Restock shelves and manage inventory in the computerized system
• Monitor reports to ensure Priority material is delivered on time
• Support other warehouse tasks and may operate a forklift as needed
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work to meet customer satisfaction standards
