Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Materials/Warehouse Associate to support production by pulling materials, stocking, and tracking parts in the Minnesota (Winona) facility. You will maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and handle requisitions to keep production moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years in materials/warehouse roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock to build kits assigned to Production Control; issue and distribute the kits to the manufacturing operation.
• Fill and account for material requisitions submitted from Operations.
• Receive and place parts/components into stock from Receiving/Inspection.
• Assist in tracking and filling backorders as parts/components become available.
• Ensure the correct balances are maintained by the performance of Cycle Counts.
• Include Parts Prep area and inventory done in Value Add.
• Monitor reports to ensure Priority material is delivered to the correct location on time.
• Restock shelves with incoming material and locate it in the system.
• Investigate discrepancies found during Cycle Counting and reconcile returns.
• Research Material issues using the computerized system.
