Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Conroe, TX seeks a Materials Specialist to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials on the production floor. You will maintain stock integrity and support efficient production flows.

Responsibilities include updating ERP records, performing cycle counts, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment (forklift certification).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and examine incoming materials to ensure they meet specified requirements and report discrepancies.
• Store materials in designated areas and update storage locations.
• Retrieve materials for jobs and distribute items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records within the ERP system.
• Safely move materials through the warehouse to the production line.
• Adhere to safety procedures and lifting protocols.
• Participate in monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
