Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Material Specialist to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of materials on the production floor. You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate forklifts, and support efficient production flow in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and proficiency with ERP systems. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and may require overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment (forklift certification).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping docs.
• Store materials in designated locations and update storage locations as needed.
• Retrieve materials for various jobs and distribute them promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records within the ERP system.
• Safely move materials on the warehouse floor to the production line.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting methods.
