Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a CHVAC Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end material flow strategies across manufacturing and distribution, ensuring materials are available at the right time and place.

You will collaborate with site supply chain, sourcing, production, and quality teams to optimize availability, reduce shortages, and improve on-time delivery, while developing scalable processes and leading lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, materials management, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on supply chain experience with direct responsibility of large operations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience interacting with operations of various countries/cultures.
• Experience with ERP/MES/WMS for logistics and material flow.
• Experience with automation engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material flow strategies to ensure materials are available when and where needed.
• Drive lean, continuous improvement, and standard work across planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop scalable processes, monitor KPIs, and resolve material flow constraints.
• Collaborate with plant teams and SBUs to optimize cost and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop teams, recruit and train talent, and maintain safety standards.
• Implement pull systems and PFEP programs across last-mile and internal flows.
