Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory systems.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze increases and decreases in forecasts and schedules to manage materials and production needs.
• Run “what-if” scenarios to support scheduling and decision-making.
• Align customer demand with production planning.
• Collaborate with teams to manage inventory levels and minimize excess obsolete material.
• Support new and changing customer orders.
• Work with the Master Scheduler to set production schedules and resolve order discrepancies.
• Track inventory and create action plans to optimize stock levels.
• Manage component choices and alternatives to control costs.
• Support product lifecycle changes and new product launches.
• Represent the Supply Chain team in internal and external customer meetings.
• Assist with sales forecasts and planning systems.
• Assist Buyers with purchase order placement and maintenance as needed.
• Work with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is optimized.
