• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to ensure material flow and on-time production.
• Willingness to travel around 10%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Schedule Management: design and execute scheduling for parts, commodities, and services to production timelines.
• Lead Time and Risk Analysis: build lead time models and address single points of failure in the supply chain.
• Quality Integration and Issue Resolution: coordinate with supplier quality and inspection for timely disposition decisions.
• Supplier Performance and Continuous Improvement: support supplier evaluations and quarterly reports within Munitions division.
• Subject Matter Expertise and Cost Analysis: develop cost analyses and purchasing strategies reflecting lead times and carrying costs.
• Interdepartmental Workflow Optimization: refine Turn-Around-Times for BOMs, QAPs, drawings and approvals; uphold SLAs.
