Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Materials Program Manager to lead end-to-end material readiness and visibility across product development and sustaining activities. You will partner with BU planners, procurement, engineering, and cross-functional teams to align material supply with timelines, quality, and cost goals.

The role supports both NPI projects and existing product lines, requiring travel up to 25% domestic and 10% international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years in supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control.
• Strong Excel skills and SAP S4/HANA proficiency.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, & SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as GSM representative on BU project teams, driving early engagement.
• Own material strategy development across product development through sustaining operations.
• Support NPI initiatives and ongoing production requirements.
• Define and report clear-to-build (CTB) status to stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Legal to resolve supply issues.
