Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Materials Project Manager (MPM) to lead end-to-end material readiness across product development and sustaining operations. You will collaborate with BU planners, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and legal to ensure CTB status and alignment with build plans, demand shifts, and supply constraints.

The role requires 7–10 years in supply chain with strong analytical and negotiation skills, and travel up to 25% domestically and 10% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of supply chain, demand planning, purchasing, inventory control or supplier management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the GSM representative on BU project teams and drive lifecycle supply chain planning.
• Own material strategy development and execution across product development through sustaining operations.
• Define and report clear-to-build (CTB) status to stakeholders; align CTB projections with real-time build plans.
• Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and terms; manage supplier risk and performance.
