Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Materials Program Manager in North Reading, MA to drive end-to-end material readiness across the product lifecycle.

This role partners with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure build readiness and manage BOM maturity. You will own the Material Readiness Report, govern ECO-to-PO changes, and develop dashboards and escalation frameworks to proactively mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in material program management or hardware product development.
• Experience with BOM maturity tracking and build readiness assessments.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle/SAP) for procurement and planning.
• Strong cross-functional project management and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent analytical skills to build dashboards and identify supply risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end material readiness across all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Manage the Material Readiness Report and provide visibility into risks, lead times, and build readiness.
• Lead material program governance and ECO-to-PO change management to avoid production disruption.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and escalation frameworks for proactive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to manage BOM maturity and resolve supply constraints.
