Job summary

Experis is seeking a Materials Program Manager to join our Supply Chain and Engineering Support teams in North Reading, MA. You will drive material readiness across the product lifecycle from NPI to GA, coordinating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to keep builds on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hardware material program management, BOM maturity experience, and ERP/MRP know-how (Oracle, SAP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material program management within hardware product development or related fields.
• Experience with BOM maturity tracking and build readiness assessments.
• Experience navigating ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong cross-functional project management across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end material readiness across all phases of the product lifecycle from NPI through GA.
• Manage and execute the Material Readiness Report with visibility into material risks, lead times, and build readiness.
