Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions, a Koch company, is seeking a Materials Process Manager for our Scottsdale operation. This role integrates warehouse, inventory, fleet, and asset management to support safe, efficient project execution and regional logistics excellence.

You will partner with Logistics Strategy, Warehouse/Inventory Control, Fleet and Assets, Procurement, Construction/Operations, and project teams to improve visibility, readiness, utilization, and accountability across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and fleet/assets.
• Experience developing standard work, SOPs, KPI routines, and dashboards.
• Strong capability in root-cause analysis, cross-functional alignment, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, fleet, and asset management processes.
• Partner with multiple teams to align logistics capabilities with project needs.
• Drive inventory accuracy and asset utilization through standardized processes.
• Translate logistics strategy into scalable standards, routines, and governance.
• Monitor logistics performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
• Collaborate across the logistics network to remove barriers and improve coordination.
• Lead change management, including SOP implementation and system adoption.
