Job summary

Koch is seeking a Material Process Manager - Warehouse and Fleet in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, fleet, and asset management processes to support safe, efficient project execution.

You will partner with Warehouse, Fleet, Logistics Planning, Procurement, and Construction teams to align capabilities with startup, execution, replenishment, and demobilization needs. Strong emphasis on data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience developing standard work, SOPs, KPI routines, and dashboards.
Understanding warehouse operations, inventory management, fleet/assets, and project support.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, fleet, and asset mgmt processes.
Partner with multiple teams to align logistics capabilities with project needs.
Drive inventory accuracy, asset utilization, and documentation compliance.
Translate strategy into scalable standards, routines, reports and governance.
Monitor logistics performance with KPIs and dashboards to reduce waste.
Collaborate across the network to remove barriers and improve coordination.
Lead change management, SOPs, training, and system adoption.
