Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience leading large-scale logistics or operational organizations.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, energy, EPC, or utility-scale projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise logistics strategy aligned with growth and project needs.
• Lead initiatives for material flow, transportation, fleet, warehousing, and site logistics.
• Establish SOPs, governance, and performance standards enterprise-wide.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance to optimize outcomes.
• Build and sustain a high-performing logistics organization.
