PACCAR (Kenworth Truck Company – Renton) is seeking a Materials Planning Supervisor to lead inventory planning, supplier expediting, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and Engineering. This role drives cost-effective material flow and timely delivery for manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of materials planning or handling, and proven supervisory experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Materials Planning or Materials Handling experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving, team building, project management, supplier relations.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train and direct in inventory planning and supplier expediting.
• Establish supplier relationships and ensure on-time material delivery.
• Plan and direct material planning group to meet facility objectives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Suppliers, Logistics and Engineering.
• Manage material procurement to minimize cost and ensure quality and delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and delivery performance, address shortages and excesses.
• Develop and direct material flow planning to optimize inventory, lead times, and costs.
• Support manufacturing operations with scheduling and requirements.
• Coordinate supplier compliance and supplier quality improvements.
• Train and develop Material Control staff and lead performance evaluations.
