PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company internship offers hands-on experience within the Materials team, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure timely material flow and inventory control. You will support supplier relationships, planning, and project work while gaining exposure to real-world manufacturing processes at our Kirkland, WA site.

Competenze

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Access database experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure material arrives per guidelines.
• Monitor supplier quality, service, and delivery issues for Materials.
• Assist with surplus/obsolete material identification and disposition.
• Place purchase and/or manual orders to meet manufacturing schedules and manage inventory levels.
• Support ECN reviews and update planning databases across projects.
• Lead special projects/programs as needed and resolve supply chain issues.
