Kenworth Truck Company, part of PACCAR, seeks a Master Scheduler Assistant in the United States to plan production and manage build weeks for efficient manufacturing.

You will monitor product availability, generate schedules and reports, review ECNs, track inventory and lead-times, and work with Engineering, Materials, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers to keep projects on track. A 4-year degree and 2–3 years in materials or manufacturing support are expected.

Competenze

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in materials or manufacturing support is required.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evaluate complex situations to recommend sound action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management.
• Proficient in data analysis, including Excel and Access.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation skills, including conflict management.
• Mechanical aptitude including ability to read blueprints and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proficient with personal computers including Excel, Access, and an understanding of the CMS-80 system.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Schedule new orders by plant/build week considering constraints and delivery needs.
• Monitor product availability and schedule dates and ramp-up quantities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports for Kenworth Division and Corporate.
• Review Engineering Change Notices and assess impact on operations.
• Identify issues and develop interdepartmental strategies for ECN implementation.
• Track project status including inventory, PPAP, tooling, and critical data.
• Direct materials toward stated project objectives.
• Communicate lead times and inventory costs to Change Control and Materials management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Materials, Quality, Purchasing, suppliers and plants for smooth implementations.
• Coordinate disposition of obsolete material with ECN implementation.
