Daimler Truck North America is seeking a mid-level Materials Planner to support production through material flow, scheduling, and supplier coordination. This role focuses on ensuring timely materials, coordinating with Purchasing and Warehouse, and maintaining production schedules in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 3+ years in material planning, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle or similar), and solid Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or 3+ years related experience) in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) for planning and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze inventory, shortages, and supplier performance to support operations.
• Proficient with Excel and planning/reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage the flow of materials from receiving and warehouse to production.
• Develop and maintain raw material and production schedules to support manufacturing.
• Coordinate supplier lead times and delivery schedules to ensure production continuity.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to align material availability with demand.
