Now Hiring: Entry/Mid-Level Material Planner

Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (eventually transitioning to 4/10s Mon-Thurs)

We’re hiring a Materials Planner to support production at a manufacturing facility that builds Class 6–8 commercial trucks and EVs. This role helps ensure the right materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and track materials through the production cycle
• Determine material needs based on production and engineering schedules
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
• Maintain accurate bills of material (BOMs) and part data in enterprise systems
• Support material movement and resolve shortages or issues

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (no experience required) OR 2+ years of planning/purchasing experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant environment
