Clayton is seeking a Materials Coordinator to assist the Materials department with purchasing, inventory control, and accounts payable to ensure smooth flow of materials in the home building facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years’ related experience. Oracle ERP experience is preferred, along with strong math, accounting, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience in materials, purchasing, warehouse, etc.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze data.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including invoice payments and credits.
• Good communication skills with vendors, team members and managers.
• Strong time management to multitask across departments.

Responsabilités

• Assist in material purchasing, planning and weekly ordering.
• Update Bill of Materials in ERP system.
• Develop and maintain purchasing reports and charts.
• Manage D&O, waste wire, and debit bill-back spreadsheets.
• Assist accounts payable—review invoices and packing lists; liaise with vendors.
• Support inventory processes and participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly counts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
