Clayton Homes is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory control, and accounts payable within our homebuilding facility. The role involves weekly item planning, ERP updates, and reporting to ensure a smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, up to 2 years of experience, and solid math, accounting, and communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional math skills and ability to investigate problems.
• Basic accounting knowledge and invoice processing.
• Good communication with vendors, team members and management.
• Strong time management to multitask across groups.

Responsibilities

• Material purchasing – count, plan, and order items weekly and update pricing.
• Update Bill of Materials in ERP system.
• Purchasing reporting – create charts for key metrics.
• Assist accounts payable with unmatched invoices and vendor issues.
• Support inventory counts and weekly/monthly/quarterly inventories.
• Collaborate with the Materials Manager on daily tasks.
