Job summary

Clayton Homes in Belton, TX is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support material purchasing, inventory control, and accounts payable within our home-building facility. The role involves weekly item planning, updating the ERP system, generating purchasing reports, and assisting in weekly to quarterly inventories.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ related experience, strong math skills, and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ prior relevant experience in materials, purchasing, warehouse.
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Exceptional math and accounting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Material purchasing – count, plan, and order selected items on a weekly basis.
• Update Bill of Materials in ERP system.
• Purchasing reporting – develop and maintain charts for key metrics.
• Accounts Payable assistance – weekly review of unmatched invoices and packing lists.
• Inventory team participation and assist in weekly, monthly inventories.
• Other duties as assigned.
