Job summary

RTX is seeking a pc supply controller in the Materials Management Organization to support factories in McKinney, Texas. You will coordinate material flow, monitor WIP and material availability, and resolve production issues to align material position with production schedules.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a university degree or equivalent, and proficiency with SAP Kinaxis, CMES, and MS Office. On-site role with competitive benefits and a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in SAP Kinaxis, CMES, or similar MRP tools.
• Knowledge of MRP processes and software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally government contractor environment; ability to perform material audits and movements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
• Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
• Weekly input of material updates on applicable reporting tools.
• Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
• Reporting on and troubleshooting MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
• Conducting quarterly physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system.
• Expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
• Performing movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other area) as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining stacked LOB and extracting impact data for weekly analysis in support of IPT/PPR meetings with programs.
• Attend and support weekly program and factory meetings.
