Job summary

Molson Coors is seeking a Manager, Materials Planning in Milwaukee, WI. You will lead the materials planning process across Molson Coors breweries and co-manufacturing, ensuring material availability to meet customer demand.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to drive alignment and continuous improvement of planning systems. You will manage a small team, drive IBP integration, and support packaging promotions from concept to execution, while leveraging SAP ECC

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in Supply Chain/related field.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Production Planning or related discipline.
• Experience with materials planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Ability to analyze large data, evaluate issues, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 analysts, guiding growth and development.
• Oversee North America materials planning across breweries and co-manufacturing.
• Improve MRP processes and systems, integrating planning platforms like o9 and SAP ECC.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to support IBP.
• Coordinate packaging promotions from concept to brewery implementation.
