Job summary

Eaton's Mobility Group, US Engine Valve division, is seeking a Materials Planning & Logistics Manager for the Westminster, SC facility. This on-site role leads shipping/receiving, production scheduling, material replenishment and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage KPI performance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives, develop staffing plans, mentor staff, and coordinate with suppliers to balance demand with capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years’ work experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety protocol and maintains orderly work areas.
• Develop plant strategic plans and align departmental goals.
• Lead materials management activities – planning, scheduling, inventory, procurement, logistics.
• Balance demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Direct purchasing activities for production materials and non-production materials.
• Develop replenishment strategy to maintain inventory levels.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
• Lead the material planning team to balance demand, capacity, and orders.
