Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2–3 years in materials management, supply chain, production planning, or inventory control.
• 5–7 years of leadership/people-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains material plans based on production schedules, demand, and supplier lead times.
• Monitors shortages and risks to prevent production delays.
• Maintains inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and ERP/MRP parameters.
