Job summary

The Materials Planner at Electrolux Group North America in North Carolina is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating material supply to meet production needs. You will drive on-time delivery by managing ERP/MRP data, coordinating with Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations, and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business or a related field, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with inventory analysis and forecasting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (MAPICS, SAP).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements to support customer demand and mitigate supply risks.
• Analyze forecasts, demand signals, backorders, and inventory trends to optimize availability.
• Create, maintain, and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, dock scheduling, and interfacility transfers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, NPI, and Service teams on substitutions and long-term planning.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage planning activities and generate KPI reports.
