This role ensures efficient scheduling, supports on-time delivery, and drives cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality. You will monitor inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, analyze capacity, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, materials planning, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience working in an ERP/MRP-driven environment.
• Experience coordinating across operations, procurement, and supplier teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Analytical problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of inventory management and capacity planning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume or multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain production plans aligning demand, material, and capacity.
• Schedule production to support on-time delivery and manage constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and quality to resolve issues.
• Prioritize production orders to meet customer commitments.
• Review and adjust schedules in response to demand changes, downtime, or disruptions.
• Track inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyze capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks.
• Support recovery planning for shortages and schedule disruptions.
• Maintain planning parameters and ERP/MRP data accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs like schedule attainment and on-time delivery.
