Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year Materials/Planning/Logistics experience in lean manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities from limited information.
• Must meet Wonderlic Select assessment score requirement (50).

Responsibilities

• Review customer communication related to Materials, Planning and Logistics procedures.
• Ensure daily completion of customer shipping communications (ASNs, container info).
• Follow customer‑ dictated order fulfillment procedures.
• Develop daily shipping plans based on customer release/forecast.
• Create customer required shipping documentation.
• Establish daily production plans per manufacturing protocols.
• Perform inventory analysis and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain customer contact for orders, shipments, and changes.
• Report customer issues and participate in resolutions.
• Coordinate releases with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate new program/part launches to meet requirements.
• Maintain target inventory levels aligned with company goals.
• Analyze production patterns to meet customer/plant expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
