Job summary

Agru America is seeking a Materials Coordinator to develop and oversee the final production schedule for the Andrews plant. You will monitor forecasted demand, reorder purchased goods, and coordinate inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

This role requires strong math and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team; English communication across written and verbal channels is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with production scheduling.
• Experience writing and using Excel formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, accounting, science, business, communications or other related area.
• At least 2 years’ experience with production scheduling, ability to troubleshoot scheduling problems and experience writing and utilizing technical formulas and functions in Excel.
• Previous experience utilizing accounting systems/ ERP systems.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• This position requires, but is not limited to, standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving an automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping.
• Must be able to work in a non‑controlled environment.
