Mattel is seeking a Material Operations Coordinator to coordinate weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL, review documents, and ensure accurate data and on-time materials. You will liaise with 3PL, transportation, and internal teams to verify inventory, shipping dates, and prepare regular reports.

The role requires strong writing, reading, and communication skills, plus attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED and warehouse or logistics experience are preferred; MS Office proficiency

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience.
• Ability to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Strong writing skills. Able to write reports and correspondence.
• Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents
• Strong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partners
• Able to analyse and interpret reports, graphs, and other data
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

Aufgaben

• Coordinate weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL based on demand, availability and line capacity.
• Review documents, system data, and other instructions for each job/ production run to ensure each job is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations and transportation departments as needed to verify inventory, shipping dates, and other necessary information.
• Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure materials and information for each job are obtained in a timely manner
• Prepares and distributes reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements pertaining to price ticketing and prep.
• Able to perform work with accuracy
• Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and learn various programs
• Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor
