Job summary

Mattel EMEA is seeking a Material Operations Coordinator to manage VAS production schedules with 3PL partners, verify data, and coordinate interdepartmental material flow. The role focuses on accuracy, timely reporting, and maintaining compliance with shipping and price ticketing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED) with 1–2 years related experience, strong writing and reading skills, and familiarity with warehouse/logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Strong writing skills; able to write reports and correspondence.
• Strong reading skills; able to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL based on demand, availability and line capacity.
• Review documents, system data, and other instructions for each job/production run to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations and transportation to verify inventory, shipping dates, and information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and information for each job are obtained timely.
• Prepares and distributes reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements pertaining to price ticketing and prep.
• Able to perform work with accuracy.
• Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and learn various programs.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor.
