Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee non-cannabis material flow, tracking, and reconciliation across production. You will ensure materials are available, accurate, and audit-ready from receipt to use, and mentor a team of warehouse and inventory personnel to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, and Production, driving proactive planning, tight inventory control, and variance analysis to meet production

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in team and material management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing/production support.
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials movement, tracking, and reconciliation across production.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, and Production to drive efficiency.
• Maintain KPI reports, variance analysis, and audit readiness.
