Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Coordinator I, Materials to manage the movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials across production. You will ensure on-time material delivery to pods and maintain accurate records for compliance and efficiency.

In this role you will collaborate with the production team to monitor usage, waste, and inventory levels, supporting smooth operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED; Valid Driver's License.
• Familiarity with state regulations for material storage and handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of materials to production pods and maintain adequate stock.
• Manage inventory across software platforms ensuring data accuracy.
• Validate inbound material transfers and reconcile quantities and specifications.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document inventory movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for material storage and movement.
• Track production waste and analyze data to reduce future waste.
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to management.
• Maintain KPIs related to material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
