Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee non-cannabis material movement, tracking, and reconciliation across production. This role ensures materials are available, accurate, and audit-ready from warehouse receipt to production use.

You will lead a team of Warehouse and Inventory Coordinators and partner with a Warehouse Supervisor to align with schedules, compliance, and company standards. You will drive efficiency through proactive planning, tight inventory control, and variance

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in team and material management, inventory control, warehouse operations.
Experience in a regulated industry (cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical) preferred.
Large database or ERP system experience required.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Warehouse and Inventory Coordinators to ensure efficient material movement and accurate tracking.
Verify on-time production materials and ensure proper staging and preparation.
Monitor inventory levels, perform weekly cycle counts, and manage waste and variances.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, inventory, and production teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Maintain documentation, KPIs, and post-production reconciliations.
