Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Materials Manager at our Hudson, WI facility to lead end-to-end materials functions from planning to supplier management. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and a strong track record in driving material flow and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management disciplines (planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing)
• Experience leading people and cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain
• Familiarity with SAP for planning, procurement, inventory or scheduling
• ISO 13485 familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management activities including purchasing, planning, inventory, warehousing and scheduling to ensure reliable material flow
• Develop and execute materials and supply chain strategies to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital while ensuring material availability for production commitments
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to improve delivery and supply continuity
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality and operations to resolve material flow constraints
• Analyze demand and inventory data to improve forecasting and drive continuous improvement
• Coach and develop team capabilities and leadership growth
