Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, materials or manufacturing environments.
• Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Experience using ERP software (SAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
• Receive, inspect, stage, and process incoming materials with proper docs.
• Pick, kit, package, and prepare materials for shipments and work orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and movements.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies for operations.
• Support material flow across conforming and non-conforming areas.
• Participate in internal audits and EH&S/QMS compliance.
• Assist with developing and updating departmental procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for warehouse performance.
