Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Manager in Atlanta to optimize warehouse operations, set performance metrics, and drive cost reductions while preserving quality. The role requires extensive supply chain experience, SOP development, and ERP/WMS improvements, with a track record of managing expensive inventory.

You will collaborate across procurement, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and quality to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure on-time material delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in material management, inventory control, or supply chain in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• 2+ years managing a lead of supervisors, associates or technicians.
• Onsite, local to Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop material management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Hire and train talent to manage material flow.
• Improve efficiency and reduce waste in materials management.
• Implement ERP/WMS systems to support inventory control.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality on forecasting and planning.
• Lead warehouse team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
